Imagine this…
Waking up slowly to the sound of birdsong in Spring, you look outside to see mountains, lochs and forests galore… Wide open space and peace & quiet to slow down. Start your morning with some mindful movement, followed by a warm cup of cacao and a nourishing brunch.
Take a wander through the woodland or plunge into the pristine water of Loch Garten for a swim before curling up in a hammock with your favourite book. After dinner, as the sun goes down, get ready for restorative yoga under the stars followed by fireside chats and s’mores. Each day on retreat brings a thoughtfully curated experience, from forest bathing and foraging to craft workshops and cold water immersion.
A Day on Retreat…
08:00 - Morning tea / coffee
09:00 - Energising morning practice
11:00 - Delicious brunch
13:00 - Forest bathing / cold water immersion / paddle boarding
15:00 - Tea and snacks
16:00 - Free time to snooze, read, or relax!
17:00 - Guided meditation
18:00 - Delicious home-cooked dinner
20:30 - Restorative yoga / yoga nidra / fireside circle
This is just a guide - each day on retreat will look slightly different. All activities are optional: if you would prefer to have free time instead you are very welcome to do your own thing!

Yes! This retreat can be paid in full upfront, or in three equal instalments. The first instalment is your non-refundable deposit, which secures your place on the Rewild Retreat. The second instalment is due on the 3rd of March 2025, and the final instalment full is due on the 3rd of April 2025.

Absolutely! Whether you want to book a room to yourself, or maybe you would prefer to book a bed in a shared room, we guarantee that you will leave this retreat with a whole new yoga family!
If you book a bed within a shared room, we will match you up with another lovely solo retreat goer!

Check-in from 5pm on Monday. Check-out by 10am on Friday.

Your deposit is non-refundable. If the cancellation is more than 60 days before the start of the retreat, then you may receive the difference between the amount you have paid and the non-refundable deposit. If cancellation is less than 60 days before the start of the retreat, then no refund is available.
