Terms & Conditions
1. By participating in classes, workshops, sessions and events, both in-person and online, (collectively referred to as 'Activities') with Wild Things Yoga (Beth Thom), you acknowledge that classes may be physically strenuous, and you voluntarily take part in them with full understanding the potential risk of personal injury.
2. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all health and safety precautions taken during Activities with Wild Things Yoga.
3. You understand your own physical limitations and you are sufficiently self-aware to stop or suitably modify your participation in any Activity. If you choose not to follow general class instructions or guidance, you are doing so at your own discretion.
4. Whilst participating in Activities, you agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which you might incur as a result of participating in the Activities. You acknowledge that Wild Things Yoga accepts no responsibility for any potential injuries as a result of participation in Activities.
5. You hereby understand that Wild Things Yoga may from time to time photograph, video, or otherwise record Activities and place such photographs and videos on its website or social media platform. You hereby consent to the use of your image that may appear in any such photograph or video.
Cancellations:
Clients may cancel a class up to 48 hours prior to the start of the class, and receive a full refund.
Cash refunds will not be provided.
To cancel your attendance, you must log in to your account or use the cancellation link provided in your class confirmation email. Cancellations made by emailing Wild Things Yoga directly will not be accepted.
Acknowledgment:
Before participating in this or any other exercise program, individuals should consult with a physician.
You, the participant, acknowledge that you are 16 years of age or over and have voluntarily chosen and requested to participate in the classes, sessions, workshops or events (Activities) with Wild Things Yoga (Beth).
You are aware that participation in the activities may be physically strenuous, and you voluntarily take part in them with full understanding of the potential risk of personal injury.
You acknowledge that a certain minimum level of physical health, strength, fitness, and flexibility will be required. You represent that you possess the level of health, strength, fitness, and flexibility necessary to participate in these activities. You are voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risks of injury. You assume all responsibility and liability for any and all injuries you may sustain due to your participation in these activities.
Release:
In activities offered by Wild Things Yoga, you agree that you, your heirs, assignees, guardians, and legal representatives will not make any claim against, sue, or attach the property of Wild Things Yoga (Beth Thom). You have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. You are aware and agree that it is a complete release of liability for any injuries or damages you may sustain due to Activities with Wild Things Yoga.
Pregnancy Waiver (if relevant):
In addition to the above Release, you agree now and in the future, if you become pregnant, that by signing this Liability, you release and hold harmless Wild Things Yoga and Beth Thom from any and all claims, demands, suits, costs, and charges, in connection with or arising out of services offered by Wild Things Yoga, including but not limited to personal injury, bodily harm, injury, and/or property damage.
You agree that you have been advised that Wild Things Yoga is not a trained pregnancy or antenatal professional, and attendance to non-pregnancy specific classes is not recommended.
You agree that the attendance of any non-pregnancy specific classes is against the recommendation of Wild Things Yoga, and you have consulted with a medical professional who has advised that attendance to non-pregnancy classes is satisfactory.
I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its terms. I voluntarily and knowingly agree to the terms and conditions stated herein of my own free will.
